Conformance status
Based on the self-evaluation described below, this website is partially conformant with the accessibility requirements evaluated. Full conformance of all content, functions and transaction steps has not yet been established.
The technical benchmarks used were the web-relevant requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance levels A and AA.
Evaluation method and date
This statement is based on a technical self-evaluation of representative page types and key user journeys conducted on 30 July 2026. Source code, semantic structure, keyboard operation, focus handling, forms, status messages, zoom and selected visual characteristics were evaluated. Automated checks were supplemented by manual checks.
Known limitations
- Interalp online booking: The booking service is embedded as an external component supplied by Interalp Touristik. The complete transaction journey has not yet been comprehensively evaluated with all relevant combinations of keyboard and assistive technologies. Full conformance is therefore not claimed for this component.
- Editorial images: Some older or editorially managed images may have descriptions that are missing, too general, or do not yet adequately convey the purpose of the image.
- Headings in database content: On some older content pages, the heading sequence may still be irregular because of editorial content stored in the database.
As an accessible alternative to online steps that cannot be completed, we accept room and booking inquiries by telephone or through our contact form.
