Safe Service
From February 19, 2022, the 3G rule will again apply in Austria for hotel stays (vaccinated, recovered, or tested).
From March 5, 2022, the G-rules will no longer apply, no proof of vaccinations, tests, or recovered status are required.
However, the 3G rule still applies for entry into Austria.
Children up to the age of 12 (up to 11.9 years) do not need proof of a "low epidemiological risk" (tested, recovered, vaccinated). The proof (vaccinated or recovered and as of 02/19/22 tested) must already be available upon arrival. PCR tests are valid for 72 hours, antigen rapid tests for 24 hours. The FFP2 mask requirement applies from the age of 12 in Austrian hotels. Children from 6 to 11 years must wear a mouth-nose protection, children under 6 years are exempt from the mask requirement.
We are SAFE SERVICE®
Tyrol's tourism relies on certified security - and we are part of it: We take our role as responsible hosts seriously and use the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as a modern training tool for our staff. Our operation has successfully completed the digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, social distancing rules, hygiene, or contactless customer experience. New regulations, such as entry tests, guest registration, and prevention concepts, are also part of the training. In the event of major changes, the app informs directly via push notification on the mobile phone.
This is how we live SAFE SERVICE® internally and always know up to date which precautionary and safety measures need to be implemented for our guests. We also consciously show SAFE SERVICE to the outside world and make it visible that we are a SAFE SERVICE® operation. In this way, we contribute our part to making the region visible as a safe holiday destination.
