The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Minor deviations in room representations are possible.
Arrival: Our rooms are available from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you arrive later, please let us know.
Departure: Please vacate the rooms by 11:00 am. If you depart later, we offer you the opportunity to store your luggage in the hotel.
Cancellation policies: Free cancellation up to 1 day prior to arrival is possible, thereafter or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount is due.
For bookings from December 25, 2023 to January 2, 2024, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required. A cancellation 30 days in advance is free, thereafter or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount is due.
