Arrival: Our rooms are available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you arrive later, please let us know.
Departure: Please vacate the rooms by 11:00 am. If you depart later, we offer you the opportunity to store your luggage in the hotel.
Cancellation policies: Free cancellation is possible up to 1 day before arrival. After that, or in the case of no-show, 100% of the total amount is due.
For bookings from December 25, 2024, to January 5, 2025, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A cancellation made 14 days prior is free of charge; after that or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount is due.
